Lai La log cabins holiday accommodation is located at the St Lucia estuary on the east coast of KwaZulu Natal approximately 290 kilometers from the city of Durban. The area was previously known as the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park now re-named iSimangaliso Wetland Park and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Many species of birds are regular visitors to our attractive gardens.

Our cabins are well equipped for self catering holidays and visitors can relax in peace, swim in the pool or use the facilities provided for barbecues and braai's. Lai La log cabins are an ideal place to use as a base for guests wishing to visit the many attractions in the area including nature and game reserves, boat trips, walking, fishing and hippo spotting to name but a few.

At Lai La log cabins we cater for both local and international visitors at very affordable rates. Our self catering accommodation is comfortable and relaxing with spacious surrounds sharing some wonderful natural views. Lai la or "Beautiful Night" describes nightfall over the St Lucia estuary which we invite you to share with us.
